How does the free trial work, and do I need a card?

You get 3 months free with no card. Send the request form, and we set up your account within 1 business day.

What devices do I need?

A desktop, tablet or phone you already own: Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android. You install SettleShift straight from the browser.

How is driver settlement calculated?

Cash collected, minus base pay, minus tips. The driver signs it off on the tablet. Hourly drivers punch in and out, and their pay is worked out from the hours.

What if the internet drops?

Delivery & Cash is online-first: screens reconnect and refresh on their own. The Time & Attendance clock keeps taking punches offline and syncs them later.

Can I run more than one store, or add tablets?

Yes. Each store has its own plan, and you can add devices or admin logins at any time. Just ask and we set it up the same day.

Do staff and drivers need accounts?

No. Owners and managers get admin logins. Staff and drivers use your paired store tablets.

Does it take card payments or connect to my POS?

No. SettleShift does not take payments or connect to a POS. You enter each order total from your POS.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that you have 90 days to download everything; we email you when access ends and when 60 and 30 days remain. Then the account and its data are permanently deleted, so keep your own copies of payroll records.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month or yearly, cancel anytime.

Is it available in French?

Not yet. It is in English for now.
